Kim has been immersed in the beauty industry since 2008, after graduating from Marvel College. With a passion for colour and a commitment to growth, she has traveled across North America. She has training in cities like New York, Vancouver, and Los Angeles and to refine her craft and stay ahead of industry trends. She also holds a Red Seal certification, allowing her to work coast to coast across Canada.

 

After spending over a decade building and running her own salon, Kim developed not only her technical expertise but also her strength as a creative leader. Her dedication to artistry, education, and client experience laid the foundation for her latest venture: Hart Salon & Spa. As co-founder, Kim brings vision, depth, and heart into every detail, offering a space that elevates beauty and well-being in equal measure.

Jae Nguyen

Jae is the co-owner of Hart Salon and a multi-passionate entrepreneur with deep roots in the beauty industry. Having opened various businesses throughout her life, including a successful nail salon, Jae has always had a talent for recognizing opportunities and turning them into thriving ventures. She’s also the founder of her own nail product line, Nailed, as well as Babes Couture, a luxury fur brand that reflects her bold sense of style and eye for detail.

Her love for the industry was shaped early on, growing up around her mother’s salon where she first fell in love with the power of beauty, transformation, and connection. From a young age, Jae was immersed in a world of creativity, precision, and entrepreneurship. She’s stepped into her next chapter as co-owner of Hart’s newest expansion: the innovative Japanese head spa & salon.

Cherl Kowalczuk

Cheryl “Cher” is a blonde-obsessed stylist with four years of experience and a passion for creating effortless, lived-in color. A graduate of Hair Inc Academy in Edmonton, she specializes in dimensional blondes and long, mermaid-inspired transformations using the Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) technique. Recently expanding her craft into lash extensions, Cher is all about enhancing natural beauty and delivering feel-good, vibey hair days. Her approach is relaxed yet detail-focused, making every appointment a balance of real conversation, good energy, and polished results. 

Riley Moss

Riley is passionate about creating hair that enhances her clients’ natural beauty while bringing their vision to life. With a focus on modern blonding, extensions, and personalized transformations, she blends technical skill with a warm, welcoming approach. A graduate of Hair Inc Academy with three years of experience, Riley continues to invest in her craft through advanced education in cutting, foiling, and MK Hair Botox treatments. She’s dedicated to making every appointment feel like a moment of self-care, leaving each guest feeling confident, refreshed, and beautifully themselves. She delivers great hair and great moments.
